Anna Linder is a doctoral candidate in Japanese Studies at the Department of East Asian Studies, University of Vienna.
Her dissertation research is on the Japanese concept of irony, exploring its expression, usage, and interpretation. She has a broader academic interest in a variety of linguistic topics and the application of AI in research and university teaching.
